I tried to call them and got a message saying the only way to communicate was via email. So I emailed them and didn't get a response. After waiting about a month I opened a claim with Amex. They just notified me that they've closed the claim and refunded my money because nobody responsed to them either.
Guess it's too difficult to man the phones or email addresses.
All their employees are busy standing in front of cones at the entrance of the garage, walking to your window to ask if you have a reservation, then asking to see confirmation, then walking back to cones, move cone, watch you drive though, replace cone, repeat for next car.
