I'm surprised we didn't make the 3rd base ump make a calll on the runner tagging at 3rd. Go back and step on the bag and make him confirm she left on time. It costs you nothing and at least he has to declare. Heck, he may have thought she left early. We never asked him to even declare. Pretty automatic to do so.
