Is there a way to get Sauni in the lineup with Paislie struggling? I know Ariel could play outfield but she's done such a great job with the pitchers, and Sauni was in left for only an inning I think a few weeks ago

I think AK moved from catcher next season. Sauni made some woeful mistakes in the field this season, but I think she's likely the one behind the plate given her bat.

No shot you move her out from behind the plate as good as she has been. Let Sauni DP or move to 1st and let Mya play DP.

I like the thought of that too, but I think AK is 3B next year given her athleticism and arm. She also played there for Florida two seasons ago. But, to your point, she's a fantastic catcher!

With our current lineup, there's not really a good option. It was a sarcastic answer to the question that probably needed some clarification. We don't have 2 way pitchers right now so we have to use the DP for that spot meaning all position players (except pitcher) have to hit. I am sure the staff is trying their best to balance the offense and defense.
