Ags RPI is now 17 after last night's games. If we take care of business next three series (and Baylor) we should be in the 10-13 range ahead of OU series. Keep it up!

Over the fence, over the flagpoles, over the spectators, over the fence that is past the flagpoles & spectators, ricocheted at the sidewalk that is halfway away from the corner of the building. 304 ft., that's amazing. I like the fact we have power going to the opposite field.

If the Ags take care of business in the next two series (vs 6-9 Miss St at home and at 3-12 USC), that will be a huge series against OU at Davis to end the regular season. Really impressed with where this team is and how Coach Ford has them playing given the limitations with pitching.

We can't mess around with Baylor tomorrow. That is a dangerous mid week game. Baylor hasn't been great this year but they are capable of spoiling our chances of hosting

RPI Thru 4/13/2026 (thru SEC Week 6)

Movement as compared to last week listed in parenthesis after ranking. Arkansas jumped from #3 to #1 this week. It was another week of juggling at the top as the 4th different SEC team in the past 4 weeks is holding the top RPI spot (previous weeks were Alabama, Texas, and Tennessee). The SEC holds the top 4 spots in RPI and 6 of the top 7 (with Nebraska being the other team in that top 7).

Our Aggies have the opportunity this week to keep their positive climb going as we play #40 Baylor on the road and then a 3 game set at Davis Diamond against #11 Mississippi St.

Win the next two series. 15+ SEC wins will keep team in top 16. This weekend is HUGE.

Ideally take 1+ wins vs OU and in SEC tournament for positioning. A #12 overall seed or better is a much easier path to WCWS than facing say OU or Texas Tech at their place.

Section K looks like some kind of special seating up front. There are also ~$100 seats there people are unloading.
