How do you view your stats. I can't find it anywhere in the menus.

Oh and the mountain pass map is nigh impossible if the defending team has a group of good snipers.

I don't think the Breakthrough mode has air vehicles.

That's the one thing I hope they correct before the game launches... the menus are an absolute mess. The amount of left/right trigger with left/right bumper sub menus is terrible.

I'm not sure how to fix it, that ain't my job, I just know it currently ain't good!

The devs have said multiple times the menu and UI is NOT even close to final and will get an overhaul.

Which to be fair when I'm launching an open beta the last thing I'm worried about is the menu UI.

Correct. I've done very little tinkering with guns, etc. But that's good to hear that they are gonna fix it.

Something else they can fix... flight controls. Not sure what the hell is going on with the default flight controls but I could barely get the chopper off the ground. Left stick up/down for rise/descend ... NO SIR!!!!!!

Maybe I've always done it wrong, but for me, vehicles use left/right triggers for speed control and the bumpers are for shooting.

They will definitely give us config options for this and hopefully another vehicle training/playground.

Pretty fun game so far. Played a bit of domination yesterday to get the assault rifle kills quickly.

Are they adding anything for the second week of the test? Or resetting everyone back to level one?

Supposed to be a new map for the next weekend.

So I know we all literally posted our psn/xbox/steam names already but it seems like EA ID/name is probably the best way to see people online through crossplay with current UI.

Although I still don't care to play with you PC try hards so this is aimed at my PS brothers.

Actually it came back pretty quick and been doing decent, but mouse and keyboard outshines controller for even the worst pc player. It's just not even close.

Not sure if it has been discussed but it seems EA has pretty much confirmed no server browser for official servers. That is going to make it a lot harder to get big groups together.

Become EA friends there is a way to search in the game for the EA name/ID

I was watching a jackfrags video of him and his buddy in a chopper. He's really good so it's not fair to compare him to an average PC player... but still... the speed in which he could aim as the chopper gunner and get 3-5 kills on (C)harlie strafing runs was ridiculous.

No way you get close to the same speed/precision unless you are top 1% console gamer.



My old thumbs potato aim way too much, but I'm still having fun. People are definitely pushing for a console only "cross platform" option. Pretty sure in the Beta that option opened you up to all consoles and PC.

From what I saw that will just be for Portal, but that could have changed since I saw that.

BF is not the only game out there with large parties trying to team up. Not saying they are gonna nail the party system day 1, but I can't imagine them not having relatively easy options to group up.

Just don't go on reddit it's a cesspool of complaints about map design, open vs closed weapons, and general misery.

I love the open weapon system and have been loving the beta. I think there could be some tweaks to give maps more avenues to get around the enemy but overall really freaking fun.

I bet it will be in the full game. I was so confused in the first weekend because the announcer kept calling out tanks and snipers based on direction but I had no compass. I finally found it in the settings after a few games.

It's funny that I had the most game time when we had babies. My wife would often feed the baby around 8 or 9 and then she'd go to sleep.

I'd stay up till 12-1 almost every night to feed/change the baby so that they would sleep the rest of the night. I would easily pump out 15-20 hours a week gaming and watching movies.

I wish they had a big conquest map. I get tired of the MW type maps.
