Pre-loading this week and wife is out of town all weekend on a girls trip. I'm going to be completely worthless. LOL
I'll be around Thursday night, but headed out of town Friday so I'll miss opening weekend.

They weren't horrible during the beta so maybe there is hope...it is EA though.

I'm hoping it'll be a smooth launch because BF2042 was anything but smooth and if they do t have a somewhat smooth launch that'll hurt the game for sure
I mean, the Beta had over half a million consecutive players at one point and felt pretty stable the whole time. Surely the final launch will be just as good, right!

They made some class changes since the Beta. Recon no longer has the spawn beacon. That is now with the assault class. Anyone that has ever played with me can tell you that I have always played recon just for the spawn beacon so I can help my team spawn behind the enemy. Looks like I will be playing as assault now. Pretty notable change imo.

Makes sense IMO. The assault class is meant to attack the point so being able to place spawn beacons, especially how they've changed, could be a huge benefit for that class.
I just pray they leave BOTH AA and AT launchers at the same time for engineers because that's what I main.

My wife is currently out of town but the game doesn't launch until Thursday (check)
I'll be leaving town Friday to join her in Lubbock where my daughter goes to school (check)
I'll be attending the Tech/Kansas game which happens to be a the same time Ags play Florida (check)
No BF6 and I'll be lucky to get cell service to watch the Ags on my phone (check)

LOL. Call of Duty checks must have cleared. IGN gave BF6 a 5/10 and called it mediocre but only reviewed the campaign.

I can't imagine anyone actually cares about the campaign.

Forgot about that. Pretty sure I ran through the campaign 3 or 4 times just to get those in BF4.
Yeah I went through and finished the campaign a few times for a certain weapon I wanted. I imagine this will be similar
If I get this game on my PS5 and my buddies all have Xbox...how hard will it be to chat with them? Will it be way too big of a PITA?

There is intersquad chat through the game, but we usually used discord for that purpose.
