No, it was worse than that. The TexAgs guys were always in a large Xbox party chat. But we'd sometimes end up on different teams whenever we'd load into a new BF server.

Pilmer wouldn't teabag, but his laughter filling the chat lobby was enough emotional damage. Window jumping jackass!

So all the game modes are currently locked as of 7am EST. Still got to play around in the firing range and I gotta say the LMG they have available is NICE. Hardly any recoil and I could hit the far targets with relative accuracy

When I heard they brought in Vince Zampella I wasn't worried at all. That guys has been game director for some of the most iconic FPS games ever

Remember back when we use to pool our money together to rent a server every month? This was well before Venmo... one guy would rent the server and the rest of us would use the pony express or something to send that guy money.

I think that was BF3 on the XB360.... on most nights, especially weekends, we'd easily have a full team of 16 Ags on one side vs. 16 poor & unfortunate souls on the other side.

Input lag numbers are important too. Goes hand in hand with refresh rate to an extent, but some TVs have better input lag than others.

I know crossplay will be a thing.... I'm just not sure yet if they will allow us to have cross platform Battlefield specific friend lists and if voice chat will work well with squads &/or parties.

If anybody knows the details please share. I'm very curious about this too because I'm primarily on PS5 at the moment, but I'll sign up for the cheap version of Gamepass if I must. Don't want to miss the Xbox BF reunion!

I would strongly recommend we all join the Texags gaming discord since there is discord integration on Xbox (probably on PS?) and then everyone can talk and play together on any platform

This solves the crossplay chat issues but not sure what the system will be for inviting/friending
