obviously socialist politicians give zero Fs about how many citizens get robbed, maimed, or murdered by criminal illegal aliens because they believe they are doing the right thing to protect democracy. they know letting in 20 million unvetted aliens in unfettered in four years will result in some death and destruction and pain points on housing, education, first responders, public health, jobs, etc., but it's for the greater good to them because they know in the end there will be a path to amnesty for the millions not deported now so we can vote ourselves into socialism utopia for all.

....but can someone explain to me the habeas petition thing here? Is this activist judges doing the will of the socialist party to stop the current admin from deporting illegals by ruling it's illegal to detain a person wanted by Interpol for MURDER? Or is there an actual argument about the legal detention of illegal immigrants the federal government wants held for deportation?

USCIS Chief, armed with denaturalization, begins historic immigration fraud fight.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has created a special team of criminal investigators to root out immigration fraud, equipping newly designated special agents with expanded law enforcement powers to investigate, arrest and prosecute violators and even denaturalize cheaters.

"We're going to get to a place where people are going to know that if they file, and they're going to file something fraudulently, or they're not giving us their full story, we're going to find that," United States Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director Joseph Edlow told Just The News.

"What we are doing, what we saw a need for, was a very specialized group of criminal investigators. Many are in training right now, and we are bringing more on all the time who are going to be going out to various field offices across the county and investigating actual immigration fraud."

Edlow announced the initiative in September under a final rule that allows the agency to hire and train 1811-classified officers who can carry firearms, execute warrants and handle cases from start to finish without always referring them to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

"USCIS has always been an enforcement agency," Edlow said in the agency's news release. "This historic moment will better address immigration crimes, hold those that perpetrate immigration fraud accountable, and act as a force multiplier for DHS and our federal law enforcement partners, including the Joint Terrorism Task Force."

Absolutely heartwarming to hear.

The former community organizer bizarrely claimed that "I have family members who haven't opened their drapes in days because they're afraid someone can see in and see that they are Asian." This seems wildly implausible for anyone who is legally in the United States.

The question is whether Kaohly Her is one of those people.

Before her declaration that "I am illegal in this country" went viral, Her explained that she was a citizen by way of her family committing immigration fraud. "Because his mother had died, my father as the one processing the paperwork put my grandmother down as his mother, and so I am illegal in this country."
A more detailed explanation was offered by Her in a clean up chat with the Minnesota Reformer offering an even more troubling and corrupt explanation. 'Her's father worked at the U.S. consulate, and he processed their family's paperwork in a way to expedite their timeline to immigrate to the U.S. as refugees. People who were set to come to the U.S. as refugees could do so quicker if they had family connections to the military, CIA or USAID. Her said her family didn't qualify for those pipelines, but an uncle in the Hmong familial sense of the word, i.e., a family friend worked for USAID. When Her's father processed the refugee paperwork, he claimed familial connection to the friend that worked for USAID, which wasn't accurate."

By "wasn't accurate", Mayor Her appeared to mean fraudulent and completely false.

In either version of the explanation, Her's family committed naturalization fraud and can potentially be denaturalized and deported. No wonder then that Her fears ICE so much.
