I'm sure there's still some ESA stuff along Rio Grande. BP tried to go in and spray to eradicate the cattail motts where exchange students hide/undress/dress . It got shut down by ESA and never done.

Teaching them to be anti government at very impressionable ages.

It's very effective. I took my 6 and 10 year olds sons to a game in Austin back in the Fran era. They got a good dose of sips and hate them to this day.

These idiots parents are teaching their kids to interfere with legal government law enjoyment operations. Brilliant.
