Critical points late in sets went our way our first two matches but all went to OSU today.

Lulu clear MVP. 6-0!!

I think if she plays #1 and Mia plays #2 today we may have pulled out a top 3 sweep.

Not sure if even Mark could have seen her dominance coming indoors.

Great tournament overall. It will do wonders for our computer ranking.

Lu might need to be playing the 1 line. Outstanding! Unfortunate result, but this was better than I would have expected. Looked really good in doubles! Singles just didn't go our way. Proud of this team. Another top 4 finish in an indoor event and we have no indoor facilities!

ohio switched their lines 1 & 2 before yesterday's match. They did the same thing right before NCAAs last year.

I'm super proud of this team! Lexington found her stride and I feel like she made a name for herself. Everyone stepped it up at some point. Winning th doubles point against OSU was a highlight. Lu might be the MVP of this event. 6-0 across singles and doubles

Still think she moves down to 4. Curious to see if Lulu moves to #1. I think Martinez is a match up nightmare at 6. Daria seems just fine at 5. But we will see!

Shoot. Lulu too. Both have been super impressive. Mia has been special also. Lots of good stories so far this year.

I think you will see Daria at 6 and on a short leash. She has to win. She's a senior and we need that guaranteed point every single match. No pressure.

I'd rather have Anna at 6 than Daria personally. Daria has one game. If it isn't on, good luck. She doesn't work thru tough matches at all. Never has.

I get it, but experience is something you can't develop overnight. Daria has won some big matches for us over the years. I get that she's a wildcard. I really like Anna, but to me there is a fairly big curve between the two playing levels. Just an opinion

I agree with the experience if the experience has been good for her.

I feel like she made a jump between freshman and soph season. Then she has stayed where she is or dropped. She has one gear. And it's 10th. There is no "be consistent" or just hit crosscourt (as Lex did last year at nationals to win a match she wasn't playing well). Daria has one speed. And if it's off that day, she never seems to have a plan B. That doesn't work at 5-6 against back boards.

Maybe it's a game time decisions based on match ups? If you aren't consistently winning that point - tbh - and you should be winning that point in year 4 for the team at line 6, why not develop the freshman and get her experience for the next 3 years? Daria has had some big wins, and some equally bad/bad timing losses. Idk. She's a good player. Just we could see her consistently play at the level she's capable of (I'm sure she wishes that, too).

I for sure think you will see a change in doubles. Anna will stay in (IMO).

My ideal lineup. I realize this is wishful thinking right now. But we manifested Carson's return so I'll stay hopeful the stars align.

Can you imagine if the media would ask Mark to comment on Nicole? She's on all the Texas A&M commercials during SEC games and nobody has asked where she is and why we haven't seen her. (Not saying this is Marks fault). If she's injured, she's injured.

Yes, I understand this and am happy Nicole could be there for Ilinca. I mean in general, what is her status, will she play/will she not play, where has she been, what is she struggling with? I like the injury reports for football, and baseball, and basketball, etc. I don't believe the media has addressed this or even asked Mark these questions.

Even on all the podcasts from Noad and cracked rackets. They don't even know, they are under the impression that she's going to return. But I trust Bigfoot, I'm not betting on her coming back at all this season
