I am back at work now beating the jet lag and catching up on movie releases rest of the week.
Overall, I REALLY enjoyed Zandvoort, and while Monza was great, I don't see myself going back anytime soon. Zandvoort I stayed in Amsterdam, trains run every 5 minutes and then the rest of the trams are quick as well, it was very easy to get home.
Monza is a whole different story. Train from Central to Monza is 10 min, then you get the shuttle from there to Monza, which starts at 7:30 AM, and takes around 20 mins with no traffic to get to the track, then you walk like 10-15 min to the gate ... so it was pretty late to get there for F3 on Sunday. Getting back was worse as the line was brutal and you have until 8:30 PM to get the shuttle, then there was a line outside to get to the station which took like 30 mins lol.
Monza is also old and personally I found it hard to navigate the first two days, then it was ok, but it's all dirt, and the bridges get so much more busy than Miami.
The F1 race was very boring, and it being the fastest of all time is not something to be proud of imo. F3 was fantastic and F2 was a royal rumble out there but so damn happy I got to see Luke Browning's first win.
Next year I will return to Silverstone as imo it's as historical and much better logistics wise. Zandvoort would be phenomenal to go to again especially with it being the last time they race there but I do want to prioritize doing a new one, which will probably be Jeddah as it has F2 and F1 Academy.
