bourbon outfitter has it at $120. Id assume that is MSRP. Dont see any reviews.

Nice! That is my unicorn this year. I'm curious how it matches up against the 2020 Special release rye.

It is better for sure if you ask me.

I poured a wild turkey 101 after being down 17-3. Not gonna get anymore in as I have obligations. But when I get home from them…

I blame it. I cracked one of mine earlier in the week and finished about half. It's cursed.

I hear there are some Blantons that are only sold in Japan…

Are you going to spend any time in Tokyo? I didn't go to Yokosuka when I was there last year, but be on the lookout for WT8 & 12 (the 8 year is like $20 bucks over there), EW12, FRSP, and Blanton's Takara red, green, and black label. Except for the Blanton's and EW, I was finding everything else at liquor store chains like liquor mountain or Yamaya.

If you don't have too much time to hunt or not having a lot of luck, you can always create an Amazon Japan account and have bottles shipped to your hotel.

You can create an account on Amazon Japan and have bottles sent to your hotel. Last time I looked prices have gone up but in the past I've gotten EW12 & Blanton's black for $30. Also look for the WTs mentioned and 4 roses super premium.

What's the consensus on Old Carter? I'm in Louisiana for work and stumbled upon their most recent LA bourbon release. I see a lot of mixed reviews.

Anything that isn't aged stated isn't worth the price. So basically anything 2022 and beyond.

Really like this 1792 Sweet Wheat.

I just tasted this last week after finding at TW West Plano. Had searched for a year.

Starting to see cases of it on the shelves here in Houston, which I'm happy about as it is my favorite offering of theirs!

Still on the hunt for the 12 year.

1792 Sweet Wheat disappeared in a week in DFW. No more bottles at Total Wine stores.

Found some HH grain to glass special releases yesterday. Got the bourbon and the weater aged in Chinquapin oak. Anyone else seen these yet?

I grabbed a bottle of the regular wheated. Only one I missed out on last year and heard it was the best of the three. Haven't seen the Specialty Barrel Series yet, but the regular one is awesome.

I have a friend headed to Disney world asking about bourbon. I seem to remember seeing something about an incredible flight, but can't find it. Anyone have any suggestions for him? Either in park or around Orlando?
