Sorry, forgot the first part of your post. I've been on it about 6 weeks (which means it's still really kicking in). Started off at 1mg, ended up all the way to 5mg, settled back at 4mg, dosed as 2mg twice per week. The half-life is 6 days, so dosing 2mg twice per week means there will usually be roughly 4.2mg at work in my system. My skin got sensitive with dosing 4mg at once, it's a bit better splitting the dose.

Currently on Tesamorelin (2mg/day, 5 days on 2 days off, mercy it's expensive and doesn't really start working until week 6 from what I told) and doing a cycle of SS-31 before starting MOTS-C. NAD+ just arrived, will be adding that as well.

Is that Tesa dosage typical or is that a **** ton? I have been doing .5ml (50 units) once a day. Maybe I am not doing enough? Seen results but nothing earth shattering...

The clinical dose under research is 2mg/week. There's more research that says the glucagon impact really gets going at 4mg weekly.

It's important to realize that the half-life of the peptide is 6 days. Splitting your doses is fine but do the math and figure out how much is in your body at any given time.

Units are not a comparable measurement unless we know more. How many mg was your vial and how much water did you use to reconstitute it?

I have been doing .5ml or 50 units/day. 5 days on. 2 off.

Just to confirm, BPC is systemic and doesn't need to be infected locally, correct? Even for injury treatment?

I've been doing a lot of reading/listening and I've heard both ways, but it seems like locally is the preference. I'm currently doing BPC/TB systemically, but trying to treat elbow tendonitis and other muscle issues in the elbow so I wonder if I should be doing it locally instead.

I would do it locally. I'm not sure it's been studied enough to say for sure either way.

Made a webapp where you can select the peptides in your stack and it'll give you "community" dosing recommendations as well as blood markers that you should be checking before/during/after (and how easy those tests are to get) to measure the impact.

Not sure what my bandwidth limit will be but feel free to play around and let me know what you think. Works on mobile or computer but computer is best experience honestly.

Hey I was looking to get some Retatrutide from Biolongevity Labs but they don't have any right now. What are the other most reputable options to buy it from? I'm not cost sensitive I'm hyper focused on getting good stuff.

Peptide Sciences was one of the biggest distributors of research peptides and they unexpectedly shut down a day or two ago.

There is a lot of panic buying and other distributors are raising prices. Peptira is one many on here have used and their 3-vial of 10mg went from ~$200 to $250 overnight.

Just sent you a DM. They aren't selling Reta anymore. It's about to be out of trials and approved and Lily is going scorched earth on the research and compounders.

Peptide Partners looks to still have stock on hand at 4.13/mg with 10% off via the code "science". I've only purchased BPC/TB from them.

I know it has been a while on this, but just to reiterate for anyone on the thread... unless you give the contents of your vial (in mg) and how much BAC you used to reconstitute it, there is no way for us to know what dosage you are getting in X units.

So fair warning to the gentlemen on this thread regarding the use of GLPs and a potential sensitive side effect you should be aware of. I was using Reta and while it did help with reasons one normally takes a GLP for, it did something else I did not appreciate. I couldn't climax while I was on it. This was on my first vial taking a low dose too, not prolonged use. No issues with getting or keeping an erection, but I was unable to finish. I did some research and discovered that is a possible side effect but I hadn't seen it discussed here before. I stopped taking it and within a week I was back to normal, and threw the rest of it away. Hopefully there's another peptide out there to help with appetite control that doesn't have the same draw back because that's a big one that's bad enough that I don't plan on trying any other GLPs. It's just not worth it.

I know this is TMI but someone else out there might be experiencing the same issue and not know why it's happening.

Was this the first GLP-1 type drug you've tried? I.e. were you on Sema and fine then switched to Reta or just jumped right into Reta?
