Yes, it was. Storms like that make me feel very small compared to the power of the weather.

Forgot to check my rain gauge this morning. I am TIRED though - goodness. Between the storm, my dog not liking the storm, and clients in Hawaii whose flights were jacked up again, sleep was terrible.

Several models show a tropical storm/hurricane in the Gulf either on the Texas or Louisiana coast around June 10. At least it's a chance.

Was driving down Harvey East when this was on top of us half an hour ago and lightening flashed 7 or 8 times driving between 6 and 30 right on either side of the road.

No. I saw it too. It juked us.
I've never seen that happen before. It was lined up all the way to Oklahoma and now it's just gone? I would say the radar is whacked but same storm tore apart the baseball stadium in Austin earlier.

We are a tad worried about our house in West Texas. They got torrential rain and massive hail. Downtown in our little town turned into rivers. The husband is headed there today before he comes back to BCS. He had straight-line winds 2 years ago that almost brought the house down. This storm event is bringing back horrible memories.
