What I want:

1. 12 month phase out of H1B. Companies have to hire locally and train as needed.
2. Stop greencard processing for H1B. No, you cannot be a US citizen.
3. If an H1B loses their job, they get 2 weeks to GTFO. Not 60 days. No severance. Anything given will be taxed 200% and company fined. No transferring of status to B1/B2 and then back to H1B by the scammers.
4. Create a NEW law for really smart geniuses, not basement bargain dumpster trash.

It is still a solely Executive Branch issue. Chevron really does not apply, in my view.

It was argued this term. Should have a decision in June or maybe early July. BUT if the Court is too fractured between concurring in part, diseenting in part, yada yada, they can boot it for reargument next term like they did last year for the VRA case, Callais.
