Except that is not what they did. There would be no point in that. Instead they unlawfully encouraged dissension in the military chain of command. That's not just illegal, it's extremely dangerous.
Lock em up, find them guilty, execute the punishment.
I've only seen a few videos, but from what I've seen, they say to not follow unlawful orders. I didn't see where they said to hit follow all or any order.
Does someone have a clip that shows where they say to disobey lawful orders?
Which there was no reason to create a video from one branch of government sowing dissension in the chain of military command and telling them to question orders.
One would have to be myopically ******ed to not understand what these guys were doing with that video.

It will be interesting if they recall him, they will have to prove that he acted as a Capt of Navy when he said that one can refuse an illegal order, get out the popcorn.

Senator Mark Kelly in hot water after making the ICE video. I hope the rest of the dems in the video, get slapped around. They are nothing but traitors to our country.
Kelly has more patriotism in his left pinky toe than 99% of this board or the entire Trump family (who never served).
This entire thing is a massive, embarrassing joke for Trump.
This will go the way of Comey if they peruse it.
You do realize a significant number of Trump supporters on this board have served right?

Would you like to take this strawman somewhere else to beat up or what? Kelly served in the military, as an American astronaut, and as a senator. It doesn't get much more patriotic than that?
Do we have some of those on the board? Uh.. maybe.. thus the 1%.
Is this a joke?

What an actual patriot looks like to all those who seem to have forgotten.

With that comparison, Hitler was patriotic. Served in WW1, was in politics, went to jail for his political beliefs. Became chancellor of Germany and then dictator.

this guy was a patriot at one time too:
was considered one of the best combat commanders in the Continental Army during the American Revolution. He earned significant praise and recognition for:
Major AchievementsRecognition
- Capture of Fort Ticonderoga (1775)
played a key role in the early victory, which brought crucial artillery to the Continental Army.- Quebec Campaign (177576)
Though the attack failed, his leadership and endurance during the brutal winter march earned him admiration.- Battle of Valcour Island (1776)
commanded an improvised naval force on Lake Champlain. He lost the battle but delayed the British advance, which many historians view as strategically brilliant.- Saratoga Campaign (1777)
instrumental in the American victory. Despite being technically relieved of command before the battle, he led a decisive attack that helped force British Gen. Burgoyne's surrender.
Many officers credited him as the true hero of Saratoga.
- He received multiple promotions, ultimately becoming Major General.
- George Washington and other leaders openly praised his battlefield skill.
- Several foreign observers and American officers considered him one of the top field commanders in the Continental Army.

What an actual patriot looks like to all those who seem to have forgotten.
And then he threw all that out the window when he encouraged servicemen to decide amongst themselves what orders are lawful or not, and if they determine (without a law degree in most cases) that an order is unlawful to disobey it.
That part is the part we're discussing. Stop pretending you don't know that.

So all servicemen should individually evaluate each order given by the CIC to determine if they believe the order is lawful? That's not how it works.
