Nah it's the right call from a medical perspective and the show covering its ass. Not worth the risk. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if he pulled himself from the game as an expectant father even if they said the Dr was pulling him

I get that, but everyone on that tribe is dehydrated and malnourished. If they confirmed a dry bite and his vitals stabilized, give him the choice. In a litigious society, I understand CBSs decision, but feel bad for the guy. Hopefully they give him a shot on another season.

Yeah, their only hope is to make a finals pact before they get split up, and then sell themselves as a vote for sale to make a majority group wherever they end up. If they both manage to survive to the final merge, they can secretly go back to working together to try and get to the end. It would be a pretty epic story if it worked. Not sure either one of them has the stamina or smarts left in the tank to think that far ahead. It would take a lot of luck.

Does anybody see the irony of the "Shoe Thief" getting bitten on his barefoot by a Sea Snake?

So far, this season is "meh". Too much time in camp w/ un-interesting people and only one (1) challenge in 1 1/2 hours of viewing..... Boring.
PS. I did like Savannah digging for the Idol at the well.

I tend to agree. Wish they'd go back to 1 hour episodes.
