I never want to see someone lose the battle, but especially to this cancer. I really hoped he would come out on top of this one.

I've had seven of them. Was diagnosed Stage 4b at age 39 and two recurrences. Having some survivor's guilt with this news. I really thought he would beat it.

Get checked on schedule or if something changes in your body that you notice. You do not want to enter the world of advanced stage cancer.

I've used the pills they give you the past two times. It's pills over and over with lots of water in a short period, like three hours maybe? I don't recall the exact protocol.

The first time I had that prep I thought it was the best one yet. The last time I either didn't follow the water intake correctly or just hadn't had a good day physically and it made me nauseous. I ended up vomiting some while also having the effects on the other end.

That was unusual. All the other preps produce the same result, I just didn't enjoy the taste or consistency of the Half-lightly prep in the jug.

Given my druthers I would just down a couple of bottles of lemon-lime magnesium citrate for $7 and be done with it, but they claim the prep quality isn't as good.

I don't know how that can be. You limit your diet a bit a few days before. Fast and have only liquids the day before. The mag citrate clears you out. I don't get it but they don't let you do that one.

I'm guessing y'all saw that rectal cancer was the underlying cause of death for Catherine O'Hara, too. Man, cancer sucks.

Then pay out of pocket.

It's only your health we are talking about.

The poop in the box is pretty cheap. Not quite as good but it's better than nothing.

If you get any kind of irregular result in your sample, they are going to tell you to get a colonoscopy.

Getting on the schedule can be six weeks or so.

You want the anxiety of waiting six weeks thinking maybe you have cancer when a scoping might show you just an irritation or a 'roid or something?
