About 25 years ago, at a private business function, Ted Turner was the guest speaker. He was awesome. After the talk, several people went up to him to express their thanks. I'll never forget walking up to him and calling him 'Mr. Turner.' He immediately responded, 'Please call me Ted.'

Former Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos QB (not at the same time) Craig Morton has passed (away).

Notable career achievements include punching Roger Staubach in the Cowboys locker room, getting traded to the Broncos, and then facing the Cowboys in Super Bowl XIII and getting trounced by Roger Staubach and Company.

Also the Cowboys faced the Broncos in Super Bowl XII. They faced the Steelers in Super Bowl XIII.

When I was working/living in Walnut Creek, CA for a couple of years, I entered a contest through AT&T and won tickets to a University of California game. The seats were fantastic and as we were sitting there, they guy next to me started talking to me asking how I got the tickets...they were Craig Morton's season tickets.

RIP Craig and thanks always for the seats!
