If you want to keep it then make it the number 10. 12 is for football, not baseball and everyone who has worn besides Claunch has been injured or had their worst year.

I am fairly confident that the baseball program has far more consequential issues to deal with at this moment of its existence than whether or not someone wears jersey number 12..or 10...or 11.

We had plenty of guys wear #12 before Schloss made it a special thing.

I was told there is NIL tied to that jersey. #12 sells more jerseys than individual players, and they get a cut.

I haven't heard that.

Doesn't make sense in baseball since they don't put numbers on the replica jerseys
