I hate the Yankees, but Judge is a legitimate bad ass. I don't root for him per se, but I don't hate on him.

One of my best live baseball moments was in 2021 at Yankee Stadium. 0-0 bottom of the 9th. Judge comes up to bat and blasts a 400 ft HR to walk it off. Zero stakes game but awesome none the less.

It was also Joey Gallos last time to play for the Yankees. He was trade a few days later to LA but he stunk it up so bad that night, the boos were raining down.
Seriously though, how can you not? dude is a bad ass.

For the most part. I'm a die hard Rangers fan but I don't hate the all-time great Astros like Altuve, etc. You can respect the player without liking the team.

I think some Yankee "greats" are overrated, but Judge is a generational player.

After Kinsler left the Rangers, I turned on a game to start the season. I only knew one player on the team.

i stopped following MLb then. i understand college sport in that regard, but i dont want to learn an entire roster every year.

i follow players exclusively now and not teams for pro sports.

I at least respect Judge as a home grown Yankee. The fact they didn't buy him and he's their leader, that's the way it should be.

Last night was very much like a playoff environment.

Full of energy and I would say the fan base was 80/20 in favor of the road team. Mexico definitely traveled well for sure.

Agree. BUT....if he is only going to pitch one game, why use him against Great Britian? Why not save him for the next round against much better competition?
