I understand the Spurs not making a move, they are going to be set for a long time... But the Rockets not making a move makes no sense to me. Not having big expirings does it make it tough. But you traded for Durant and gave him the extension. The time is now. It's probably more likely they finish 7th than 2nd as of now...

I think it's an interesting deal for them. Small chance at landing in the 5-6-7 range this year and drafting a really good player. If not, still two future unprotected firsts. For whatever reason, LAC has decided to blow it up.

I still think the NBA is going to void Kawhi's contract after the ASG and after the date he could sign with another team to be on the playoff roster.

Lakers going all out on Kessler to complete their White Out team. Only two real centers on the market are Jalen Duren (Pistons match anything) and Kessler. Both are RFA and Utah has to match anything because JJJ is too soft to play without a center and a JJJ/Lauri/Ace front court would be the worst rebounding team in the history of the NBA and the Bulls are starting 5 guards.
