He does a lot of little stuff you won't always notice.
Zubi had played tons of minutes with almost no break.

Man I only watched the last 20 minutes today, and all of the comments above are spot on.
We looked outmanned. Was hoping w week with no midweek ties would help tired legs. We looked pretty bad there. Glad to have the 3 points, but we need some juice for the homestretch here.

You almost never allow advantage when you have to send off a player. If you do it gives that player a chance to affect a play later without consequences when they should be off the pitch.

That's still red. Instruction is to not allow any advantage unless it's basically an OGSO. You never want a player who should be off to do anything else to affect play.
It's doubly complicated here. It's basically a SPA foul (ok, it's also a near scissor and more than reckless foul but it's still SPA) and playing advantage on SPA removes the card as the reinstates the promising attack. So the advantage on the field is taken away and given instead as advantage of a send off and man advantage.
We've currently scored more goals and allowed the fewest goals of all teams in the league. We have the most clean sheets and have scored first in 70% of the games we play in. Obviously Arsenal is #1 in set piece/corner goals and own goals.

I still think we're the best team in the league as the posted stats above suggest, but that doesn't mean crap if the players can't cope with the pressure. The majority of points we've dropped have been our own faults and mistakes rather than someone actually beating us
