That would be such a waste of money. Martinelli already fills the workhorse winger role. Gordon does very little to improve upon what we already have imo

Leverkusen won't be easy of course, but they have lost a lot from their invincible team (XHAKA!!!) and are currently 6th in the Bundesliga.
Who doesn't want a quarterfinal in the Arctic Circle? Ever since we played them in the Europa League B/G have been one of my favorite teams. We played Sporting away last year of course and won 5-1

Edit… I got the process backwards in my head, but it's still not like the past and my overall point remains. With details corrected:
The left side was already gonna be stacked from the get-go because Madrid and PSG should've been seeded if games were played on paper, but instead they got into the bracket via the playoff. They were automatically on the left side in the playoff draw.
Then the left side lost three coin flips to get Liverpool, City, and Bayern… but it's not like Bayern are that much better than Arsenal (if at all), so really they lost two coin flips and the other two selections were largely pushes. It's unfortunate, but again, it was already stacked because of PSG and RM and the draw had no bearing on them being there.
