Garcia shows up late and starts blabbering about NASA.

Talking points about "Early Childhood Education" are out. This body squashed Lina's pet projects back in January. Now 1/2 the speakers are talking about the need for childcare. Which is what it is, subsidized childcare under the false guise of "education".

One interesting issue going on with FIFA is who's covering the security costs for all these matches?

Theres a big issue covering costs in Foxborough. The city has said no, they cant afford it. FIFA demands local officials cover the cost.
