Lovely how people think the CEO of a business running 35,000 kids and 5,000 employees just strolls out after 30 days with no transition plan.

I'm glad you guys know so much, because that's not how it's typically done in Texas ISD's. The naming of an interim is the kicker. If she was the only superintendent and doing the job until her replacement then I have no issues. But effectively having two superintendents should raise eyebrows. Whether you want to admit or not, this process is not normal and should face some scrutiny.
