If he's telling the truth, pushing someone who is coming at you aggressively is a completely rational and appropriate response. Defensive in nature if that person is encroaching on your space and doesn't stop.

Someone as high profile as this actor should know not to throw repeated uppercuts at a neighbors face as he is on the ground because he pushed you as you were coming at him.

Feral behavior to do this on front of kids. If those are his boys I bet they turn out to be menaces to society.

You're conveniently leaving out the part where the guy literally says, "I walked out in front of him." Ritchson was "coming at him" only because the guy literally walked out into the street to stop him. That's not "defensive in nature" and Ritchson wasn't "encroaching" on the guy's "space." The guy was objectively on the offensive/encroaching on Ritchson's space.

Now, Ritchson definitely seems like he was being an incredibly annoying/inconsiderate/unsafe neighbor over the course of a couple days. I totally get that and I'd be pissed at him as well. But in no world would I be legally justified for stepping out into the street, in the path of his bike, and pushing him... twice.

Perfect joke

From the video, Ritchson walks away and gets back on his bike while the neighbor is still walking back towards him and talking smack the whole time. Looks like he lost it a bit when the neighbor knocked him off of the bike, but he showed restraint after that.

Much ado about nothing.

Numerous people in my neighborhood drive way too fast down our streets, to the point where I'm very cautious in the morning while walking my dogs before the sun comes up. But its never crossed my mind to step out in the street to confront them. Nor track them down to their house to confront them.

There was one instance where a car pulled a really stupid move at a stop sign, cutting across traffic and almost causing an accident just to get home quicker. When I saw that he pulled into a house about four down from mine I did take the opportunity to walk down to him as he was getting out of his car, and while I stayed on the sidewalk and out of his yard the entire time, I calmly pointed out that what he did was really dangerous especially in a residential neighborhood. He apologized and I walked away. We never got within 15 ft of each other.

If you get in somebody's face and push them then you better expect the confrontration that you're looking for.

Our entire Frisco subdivision is infested with these E and ICE bikes. Parents and kids. Packs of them. Cutting off cars, doing wheelies, racing down the streets.

HOA meetings are quite entertaining as everyone is upset, but "apparently" nobody who attends has a bike of knows anyone else with a bike.

I've honked at a few, more as a precaution as I can tell them are about to run a stop sign or don't see me. I'm not going to drag one off their bike unless they run someone over and try to flee the scene.

This Brit chode knew Alan was an actor, facilitated the whole thing, and was trying to make a little money off this and gain some notoriety. It backfired. Lick your wounds. Go back to obscurity. Play stupid games....

Exactly. And I love how Ritchson had this entire interaction on his own video, which completely refutes the neighbors lie about supposedly calmly approaching Ritchson. That neighbor did everything he could possibly do to instigate an altercation. The neighbor reminds me of those old people recorded on youtube videos who see something they don't like by another person and decide they have the authority to stop and detain them until the police arrive....and then the police arrive and detain the old person!! Lol.

Calm down kid, I can almost assure you that this unstable Euro man is a liberal as well. Probably moreso than Ritchson.

After watching the FULL video...both of these guys are major dewshes imo. I just never have these types of problems in my neighborhood, but it is primarily God fearing conservatives who act like adults out here. #Blessed
