A retcon flashback?

Wow…that was terrible. Like laughably bad. The CGI, the chase scene, the complete lack of necessity of the scene. I'm hoping that's just a minor miss in an otherwise fantastic final season.

Yall are a beating being so negative until the show comes out - maybe I'll agree with you but holding our hope that there is more to the story

My daughter - who has transformed into the most obsessive Stranger Things fan of all time - and I were at Target on the weekend and got a look at the S5 soundtrack with some interesting tracks

I completed my rewatch two nights ago.
Amped and ready for S5. Have avoided all trailers after the very first teaser.
Some predictions I came up with during my rewatch:
Time travel will absolutely be involved, though not sure to what extent. Too many clues throughout the entire series. Plus we know the upside down is stuck in 1983.
Eleven's mom will play a vital role. I wouldn't be surprised if Eleven is somehow able to inhabit her mom's consciousness in the past in a Hodor type situation.
Will is gonna be the key to defeating Vecna. Sort of leaning towards a self-sacrifice, but I hope not. He deserves to live after all he went through.
Also leaning towards an ultra-heroic Steve death. They have to resolve the love triangle somehow and a death is the cleanest solution.

We definitely will need to have a death pool

Nobody loves Will

Agreed, which is why I said beloved or tragic, with Will falling in the latter.

They've already hit that note with Eddie
