Chris Madrid's in San Antonio. Get the Cheddar Cheezy. If you want to split one Get the Macho.

You won't regret it.

It is still a very good burger, but it is slightly less good after the kitchen fire a few years ago. It is missing the extra flavor from 30+ years of seasoning the flat top.

Seeing as you eat pasta out of a can, I'm betting you put ketchup on your burgers. This disqualifies the validity of any culinary opinion you wish to share here. Enjoy your dino nuggets and have a nice day.

I ONLY put ketchup on my burgers.

But in all seriousness, I learned everything I know about burgers from Charlie Mac himself, Charles Stover. The bun is super important, lettuce is stupid and the more **** you have to put on your burger, you probably don't have a very good burger.

I've seen the bun make or break a Burger countless times.

RIP Cow Hop.

Cowpie and fries for $2.15. I lived off that for the better part of a year.

Jalapeño burger at Dairy Bar in Lake Jackson

They do it differently than any other jalapeño burger

My wife is basically pescatarian but when she was pregnant with our youngest she would call me and demand a jalapeño burger be picked up on my way home.
