On the men's side, we all know that we are out of the top 12 in the DMR, not sure the race will be qualifying pace fast for conference this weekend or if we risk making guys like Narumbe or Gajdos or a 400 runner before their individually races.
I'm curious to see if Robinson or Jacobs runs the 200 this week, I expect they only run the 400. I want to see Farquharson or Hemphill run a faster 400 time, they are absolutely capable. I think we see Narumbe run a faster 800 time. He's in 11th and there will be some drop the race for the mile, but I don't want to risk anything. Hopefully Sharman-Newell can drop his 800 time closer to his PB as well. I also want to see Micah Larry hit a seasons best in the long jump to assure his spot for nationals too. Solovev, Harrison and Zimmerman should be safe, not sure we see Harris do the Heptathlon this weekend.
Women's side we need a lot of work. Hopefully our long jumpers can get another PR. Maybe a sprinter makes a big jump as well, but I don't think we're getting anyone else in running wise besides Dickson and Covington, which is disappointing

Winny Bii would be huge for us in the triple jump but she hasn't competed once indoors. Carlson is a 5 way tie for 12th. Not sure how the tiebreaker goes, but if one or two people Pr we could be in jeopardy there. No point in having Yakushina do a pentathlon this week. Go try to get us points in the long jump or a qualifying mark.
Biggest disappointment as of now is not having a women's 4x400 projected into nationals. Seems every school has been getting faster and stronger every year but we've struggles to recruit or sign at that event on the women's side after it being our best for so long. (We will have Jasmine Montgomery and Adriana Tatum outdoors to help with that relay and sprinting).
