I rarely ever have problems with Victory+, and no issues tonight. FWIW, my setup is a Roku 4k stick in a Sony Bravia, and I have AT&T fiber to inside my house. I suspect that last part might be a difference maker.

Roku works great. Samsung app has turned into trash recently (it used to work just fine).

It's definitely a Samsung native app problem. That was the last system to get the Victory+ app launched and the app works fine on my Apple TV.
