• As was the case with the Aggie offense, this one was absolutely a tale of two halves for the Texas A&M defense. After allowing more than 300 total yards, 10 “big plays” and 23 points through two quarters, Mike Elko’s crew came out of the locker room on a mission.
From the outset, it was clear that this wasn’t the same defense that yielded over 100 first-half rushing yards and two long touchdown passes while not getting to LaNorris Sellers once.
