Texas A&M football continues to stay undefeated as they took down No. 6 Notre Dame 41-40, taking the lead with 13 seconds remaining in the game. This marked Texas A&M's first win against a top-25 team on the road since 2014 and third win over a top-10 team in the Mike Elko era.

The Aggie offense recorded 488 yards, averaging 7.1 yards per play. Marcel Reed finished with 360 yards, completing 17-of-37 passes and two touchdowns, while adding seven rushes for 37 yards. Le’Veon Moss scored 3 of the Aggies’ touchdowns, all in the second quarter and finished with 81 rushing yards.

On the defensive side, Marcus Ratcliffe led the team with eight tackles, including 1.5 tackles for loss. Scooby Williams had the first interception of the season for the Aggies, and Albert Regis tallied a career-high seven tackles, including one sack and one tackle for loss, as well as being named SEC Defensive Lineman of the week.

Continuing with the accolades for football, Texas A&M wide receiver Mario Craver was named the AP National Player of the Week. He had 207 yards on seven catches, and 173 yards by halftime, which was the most by an Aggie in a half since Mike Evans in 2013. Craver is the first Aggie in program history to earn this player of the week accolade, and he now leads the nation with 443 receiving yards.

Lastly, Texas A&M head coach Mike Elko received the Bear Bryant and Dodd Trophy National Coach of the Week award.

A&M is looking to extend its win streak, hosting Auburn on Saturday, September 27, kicking off at 2:30 p.m.

Cross Country
Both the men's and women’s cross country teams remain undefeated as they took both team titles at the 12th annual Texas A&M Invitational. Cooper Cawthra took the men's 8k individual crown, and Sophia Bendet placed third, which made her the top-finishing Aggie in the women's race.

Men’s Tennis
Texas A&M men’s tennis athlete Ethan Silva won in straight sets to take home the red bracket singles crown, defeating his opponent 6-3 at the Waco Fall Kickoff Classic. Next up is the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma, from Sept. 20-28.
