Will it really happen that quickly? I was thinking at least half a day for players to get their offers. After all, they ideally had no communications with coaches specifically on recruiting,

Oh yeah I know, I'm just excited for the clock to hit midnight! It's officially the "official" time when coaches can speak directly about recruiting and offer scholarships. For a good portion of the elite recruits they'll commit sometime this week. Some within a couple days, some within a couple weeks, with the recruiting class rounding out throughout the summer.

Although LSU had someone commit right at midnight last year so technically, she received her offer, spoke with coach, technically made up her decision, verbally committed, and took a sunset picture in lsu gear all within minutes of midnight

I've always wondered if it's a must for teams to send out emails and letters right as the clock strikes or do any coaches play it old school and save their calls and time for the morning like Greg Popovich in free agency or other old school college football coaches

Jamie might be up with his newborn throughout the night and able to make a few calls to some elite recruits

On TexAgs radio with Kay, Coach Morrison said he lets the kids sleep and he and his staff start making calls around 7 or 8am I believe is what he said.

One phone call was all it took, Louisville adds the first prospect with the commitment of setter Chloe Burbage, a setter and top 20 player.

It'll be hard to land a setter after landing Sophee Peterson for the 2027 class who was the Gatorade National Player of the Year

Not sure yet if Patton is MB or pin - I think listed as both right now.

My bad, I would think she's more of a middle blocker, but that would be a log jam at the position if we don't see any attrition, but I like her highlights at the position

We did have a lot of middles at the elite camp a few days ago so that will be interesting

Nebraska and Texas consistently land top 10 setters. Competition in the gym is great. I'm sure they are shooting for the stars. Setter depth is important. We know what poor setting can do for a team
