I assume most consumed is those who watched live plus everyone who watched it later (replay on TV or on demand streaming).

I'd be interested in what the numbers would look like if a high profile game like this wasn't competing with the NFL

Given the NCAA isn't going to go against their D1 CFP games on Saturday, I thought the 3:30 EST tip off on Sunday was perfect. It was at the end of the "early" NFL games and two sets were played before the "late games" started. Also, as in every week, several of the NFL early games were already "over" in fact if not in actual time, and if you wanted you could record the beginning of the late games and easily catch up after the volleyball game was over. On that vein, I wanted to watch the 4:30 EST Denver vs Jacksonville game. I just recorded the NFL game and got caught up easily before halftime.

I thought overall the timing of the game was perfect given you were going to play Sunday afternoon.

"Consumed" would also include the social media engagement, highlights, articles, etc.
