Frank was not at UT this year. He's working for the Giants.

With the new technology and pitching lab, I would think we'd go younger, but who knows.

Agreed....LSU won a title DESPITE Yeskie. This year showed the downside of Yeskie with LSU's garbage pitching performances.

The Southern Miss pitching turnaround is primarily driven by their head coach in my opinion (Christian Ostrander).

I don't think you're likely stealing a pitching coach from anyone from an established program (UCLA, GaTech, Auburn, texas, etc.).

So you're looking for an up and coming guy or an assistant that is all in on the analytics/lab stuff. That could be from MiLB or NCAA.

He is not traitorous. When your coach asks you to go with him to his new job, you go. Not even up for debate. If you don't, you end up with no job.
