Doesn't matter the sport, FN TV sets all the start times. Love to see a conf just say we play games to our local time, not your viewing slot schedule.

I will agree on the regional. It's crap that we got the late time every time. I mean, not only did the sips get a cakewalk regional they got the better times. It's just the way it is.

All the other regional playoff games today except for Auburn are in the eastern time zone. They could've given Auburn the late game and let us have the afternoon. The others I kind of understand.

I'm a late night person so the time doesn't bother me but it's still irritating to a degree. The humidity bothered me more. I'll be there.

It was sticky. I'm hoping for more of a breeze tonight

But it's earlier in California, that doesn't really make sense, that's not going to affect them, had we played at six here? It would've only been four there, that way I believe it's because most of them today are Eastern time zones except for Auburn. They could've flipped us with them though.

I think the 8pm start negatively affected attendance last night. It was way less packed than I would have expected a regional final to be. Lots of open seats. I'm afraid it will be the same tonight.

They are used to MNF starting at 5 pm PST. Should have started at 7 (latest).

You think people in the west watch college sports? I live in the west and can confirm they don't.

Speaking of tired and grumpy.....

I got home and finally unpacked around 2 am.

Then my local PD decided to raid a house across the street so I had 4 hours of loud speakers, sirens, and flash bangs until around 6am.

So any thought of driving back to CS tonight got cancelled.

Yes, please.

I had two electric fans with me and paper fans and used them almost entirely for both games. I didn't make it last night cause I wasn't feeling well, but family members used my tickets.

Edit - my apologies. The bracket showed Auburn playing at 5pm, but you're correct that it's 8pm.

Getting screwed in playoffs in football and now baseball..

Football- played playoff game super early at home, so east coast team is closer to peak performance time.

Baseball- play late at home and so west coast team is closer to peak performance time.

There's data out there if you just bet mnf using that one edge- you can have a significant advantage over the house.

On second observation, our game will be removed from ESPN while neither Kentucky nor West Virginia score in the next 5 hours.
