They are not all paid and definitely not to the degree some of y'all think.
It's amazing how the officials are biased against the Ags in every game and in every sport. (Even track & field). Some people just like to complain constantly.

Exactly. Umpires are humans who make mistakes. I don't know that anyone thinks they're "out to get us" (outside of a few instances like the tu hoodie ref or Dave Yeast who admitted he makes what he knows to be the wrong call to get back at coaches/players), but that seems to be the go-to straw man argument that bangers like to attack.

Amen! It is a beautiful day and we should enjoy each day. I haven't met Dermdoc in person, but he sounds like a solid dude!
I am blessed with family and friends and I spend as much time as I can with them. An Aggie baseball win is a nice cherry on top, but I try to not let it decide if I am going to have a good or bad day.

Yep. It's telling that the umpire scorecard was shut down within hours when it had NCAA data. And it had the whole "runs for/against" on it. It was not good.
IMO, I'm kind of "charged up" by the head coaches we have in (nearly all) our sporting events. As a whole they seem to have the ability to recruit quality people, both in players and assistant coaches. Now that I think about it though, there are "some" assistants that are going to get it up a notch (or two). Head coaches all are recruiting top quality players and athletes that want to improve their position in this NIL Age. They are searching out what, to them, is an improvement in coming to TAMU and playing in the SEC.

When McDonald replays a pitch called a ball by the home plate ump, shows a video of the ball clearly over the plate that would have resulted in strike out; and then the next pitch gets blasted out of the ballpark for a three run homer; its hard not to be upset about Blue.
If we can go the 1st inning and not give up a HR, I will be more positive.
