Unless Cliff Gustafson is coaching, I would say slim.

Only chance would be if we played Monday and he jas a normal bullpen session day of 30 or so pitches scheduled.

The "Gusball" Philosophy: No pitch count limits: Gustafson relied on aces throwing high pitch counts, complete games, and pitching on short rest during critical tournament runs. Famous quote: When asked during the 1988 Southwest Conference Tournament if he was going to rest his star pitcher, Kirk Dressendorfer, he replied: "If you start saving pitchers, you'll go home with a well-rested staff."Notable Pitcher Workloads: Kirk Dressendorfer: Pitched an incredible 27 complete games in his first two years (39 starts). While he was a first-round MLB pick, he dealt with severe shoulder stiffness and a stalled professional career

I'm surprised they let him throw that many in a blowout

I think he was at 60 before the game got out of hand and pitched a couple more innings

When Shane Reynolds was pitching for the Astros (he was a sip) I remember him being asked what he thought of Gus. He just said "I hate him".

As a starter, none.

For a batter or two, possible

In 89 we faced LSU in regional. Ben McDonald threw complete game in game one and 6+ innings of relief in game two. Couldnt find pitch count but it had to be over 200 in one day.
