The moonshine is because the hills around Knoxville are the heart of moonshine country. I don't drink anymore, but I kind of regret that I never had American moonshine before I stopped.

If you drive the backroads around Knoxville, a little east of town and into the mountains, you will still see stills set up. It's awesome.


Edit: we live in Tennessee, so the references are not lost on me. That school in the east of the state provides a lot of entertainment for me.
