How would anybody know since he's never done this before? I don't think the coaches would've given him a chance that they didn't think he was going to do well. I mean, that's the hope.

I would think many pitchers can get at least three strikeouts. I know it doesn't always happen, I think it's about 68% in MLB. I don't know what it is in college.
