We have now played 15 innings against top 25 teams and never had a lead.

We have trailed after the top of the first in each of those games: 2-0 (Tech), 5-0 (Ok St), and 1-0 (Duke)

If only he had yelled KP to run hard after he turned his attention from the lead runner back to her coming to 3rd. Dog gone it.

This team hasnt recoverd from the choking vs Liberty they still look like they are in a funk. That was a gut shot last year and big time choke.

I don't think the pitchers are talented enough to compete at the top of the SEC, but they shouldn't be this bad. I suspect Coach Ford will have to pay up for a legitimate #1 next year.

Hopefully they settle down.

Depending on how the season goes, need to be competitive to not lose girls to the portal.

Pitching and defense will be the determinant of how our season goes. So far neither have been great but there's definitely still time for improvement. It's better to struggle earlier in the year rather than late like we did last year. We also have to be smarter on the base paths we have run ourselves into too many outs

I wasn't surprised by the OSU outcome, though every year there are some baffling choices made by Coach Ford with pitchers. I'm assuming there's a method to her madness there.

But I didn't expect Aggie pitchers to give up so many runs against Duke. Not a dis on them, but I (we?) expected a better start to the season.
