I've been fairly consistent over the past five or so seasons, 24 hours before the scheduled first pitch of the first Aggie game of the weekend/midweek unless other circumstances force the issue (for example two SEC teams have Monday games so this week's midweek post will be up around noon on Monday instead of 6:00).
