Kendall said the front line pitching for both teams started the game. Lamar scored first was winning 5-3 before the backups came in and Lamar even beat the backups.

We were up 8-3 over an improved Sam from last year and it just exploded when the backups came in. Shocking that Texas backups couldn't win those innings.

We talked with Aiden Robbins but our OF didn't have but 1 spot to fill. Duer is a high contact guy and hopefully that will continue into the spring.

Curios as why you say " Improved Sam from last year"

Why are they improved ?
Because they played A&M , because you think it looks better if you say we beat an " improved " 12 win team from a year ago in a meaningless fall game.

What makes you think they are " improved" lol

Were you at the games last year? They had trouble making routine plays the entire game. We run ruled them twice. Pitching looked a tad better too. At least they look like a baseball team now.

I'm trying to give them a compliment on cleaning up the mess.
