Agree but it seems there is more focus on fashion and flash instead of substance and wins. But this is not unique to hoops, it seems the whole AD spends a lot of time and effort on fashion and glitz.

Don't sweat it. The AD is doing his job. The coach and team are focused on theirs.

BTW, this (former) CT thinks those unis are hideous.
