This is being used as a main panel. Not sub panel.

I need to bond the neutral to the ground. Neutral is currently isolated from the box and there's no bonding screw.

This is a 30 amp box. Can I just connect the ground bus with the neutral via 10ga copper to act as a jumper?

Yep. Or just connect the neutral to the bus bar with the ground. Its just a 2 circuit panel so you have two more spots for two additional neutrals. Either way would work.
