Has anyone had issues and experience with solutions to address impacts of soils movement shearing sanitary drain pipes? This happened recently in a house elevated about 5' with a 4' crawl space. Apparently soil shifted and sheared all three of the drain lines from the house as they entered the ground.

Looking for any solutions.

Nothing is going to withstand shifting soil unless it's flexible and goes right along with it. You need to stabilize and stop the shifting.

Depending on the amount of shifting, it could be mitigated with fernco connections. My house has shallow piers and we get a lot of seasonal movement. That's how I mitigate it.
