In the final stages of our new home process and today they installed the Bermuda sod.

Any tips this time of year with new sod for how often to water? I've seen some say 1" a day, watering 2-3 times a day for a couple weeks until the roots are established. But with it being November I wasn't sure if that was necessary. Also a bit concerned with the potential morning frost coming next week, but nothing I can do about that now!

I'd be concerned of fungus if heavy watering this time of year. Delicate balance.

Exactly… and not sure I should be applying anything to the grass with it being so new

Do you know the type of Bermuda? My celebration Bermuda is much less susceptible to fungus than I'm accustomed to with all of my prior St. Augustine yards.

Water every day for a month. Every other day for a few weeks after.

It just needs to be wet but not soggy.

Don't apply anything to it until it's time for preemergent in the spring.

My advice would be to keep it damp for the 1st month or so and also to get someone to come out there with a heavy roller and roll it multiple times. We built a home 3 years ago that we closed on mid November. Really big back yard that we paid a hefty amount to have fully sodded.

I never had someone come out with a roller before it set and I've been fighting it with the mower ever since. If you care about your lawn you'll never get it right until it's level or you'll just keep scalping all the low spots.

I also have 2 golden retriever's that destroyed the sod back there before it was able to set

How long after it's laid down do you think to roll it? A few weeks or immediately?

Use medina plus soil activator on the sod. Help break down the clay and fertilize. Used it once a week for the first month then every other week for a few more months.

Where are you located?
I would rent a vibratory plate compactor and go over everything a couple of times to help smooth it out. Might look into topdressing the entire lawn some time next spring. I would put out a high K fertilizer and some organics right away. As soon as you get some green-up next spring, hit it with some quick release nitrogen and pre-emergent. Then go will only controlled or slow-release moving forward. To provide you will better advice, I would need to know grass variety and location as well as soil type
