I'm looking for feedback on these systems. I got a quote from Olshan on a system that is 6 feet underground around the perimeter of the house. They say it will stabilize the clay soil and prevent foundation failure. All for $12k on a 2400 sq ft house. I have beam type of slab (not a post tension).

Anybody have one of these systems or opinions on them? And other quality installers in the BCS area?

Avoid all of that.
With more foundation details/specs and list of problems to be solved, can give opinions only IF
a local structural engineer is unaffordable = inspections & solutions, then inspections of corrections.

Long stories upon demand ... with more details
Gotta draw since me got no grammar

Do you have a sprinkler system now ?

You can go to Lowe's and get the materials and DIY a foundation soaker system for under $300.

For 12k I am putting a sprinkler system in the whole yard and still end up spending much less.

Curious to hear their theory on why it has to be 6 ft deep as gravity is your friend when soaking perimeter beams.

Also get a second opinion from a company that does not have to pay Nolan Ryan to advertise and see what they advise

The Tripp's are honest people who have been doing this in BCS for many years
