I need to do some refurbishment on my kitchen to get the house ready to sell. Not looking for a major renovation, just repairing a couple cabinets, repainting the cabinets and walls.
The contractor who did a couple of previous jobs for me (4 Sons Construction) seems to have disappeared, not answering email or phone. Which is annoying, because they did good work for me.
Also have a small concrete (patio) job I need done. If the same contractor can do both, that'd be a bonus.
