I really like the Classic ATM, but unlike many who have previously posted about their melon heads, I'm a pin head, so I only go with fitted hats. The adjustable make me look like a little kid wearing their dad's hat. Also, 7 1/4" is too big.
Need a black hat with Aggies script just like our blackout helmets

I would fall into Melin's XL size, which fits 7 3/4-8 1/4.
We developed a partnership agreement with the same high end manufacturer but created a design and used more premium materials aligned with our brand.

Unfortunate that you top out at 7-5/8 on your large size, because that's going to have that awkward deal where the strap is extended to the max. And then the XL starts a 7-3/4...no wonder I struggle to find hats.
Best hat I ever had was a New Era Golf flex fit I bought at The Players in 2018, had a mesh back almost kinda spongy, best fit I ever had for my head, and they don't make that model any longer.

I assume he is using the same manufacturing company that Melin uses. That's what I took from that statement.

They don't manufacture the hats.
Instead they have an contract (aka partnership) with a high end manufacturer.
Personally I'm into the script Aggies, Texas Aggies, and the state of Texas logo would be sweet.

Love the white rope one and the khaki ones. All are amazing though. Decent Aggie headwear is such a recent development in our history and these are among the best I've seen out there. Excited to be a customer again soon

Pahdz, we'll definitely have several XL options in January. Is there one in particular you like?
Xl head here would buy maroon Aggies script (1 above) and white Aggies rope script. The maroon Texas a&m script would be tempting too, so I'd likely buy it too. If I like the fit, I'm also likely buying backups as I gradually sweat thru these. Finding good looking A&M hats that fit how I like is not easy. I tend to stick with the fitted baseball caps because of that.
With the other products you offer, it would be awesome to get some nice golf gloves that would compete with Red Rooster Golf. Those are my favorite gloves; I would love to get something of similar quality and be able to support a fellow Aggie at the same time.
Not a huge fan of the buckle, because of how it looks when I have a hat on backwards. Little things, I know.

A quality Cabrera leather glove, all white, with block A&M or maroon script Aggies on the closure strap….I'd buy a dozen.

I am in the same boat on the XL hat need. I typically won't purchase a hat that isn't fitted unless I can try it on or the company I order from has a free return policy. Most of my collection is fitted new era 7 5/8.
The hats that I tend to buy that aren't fitted are ones that don't have a strap in the back but are "flex-fit." I have about three or four of these guys from Sun Day Red in the L/XL and they fit great. SDR Cypress Tour 6 Panel Hat
